Privacy policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
Livi lets AI agents that you connect show widgets on your iPhone and ask you questions. This policy explains what Livi stores and why. Livi has no ads, no tracking and no analytics SDKs, and we don't sell data.
What we store
- Your account: your email address (or the private relay address Sign in with Apple gives us) and a user ID.
- Connected agents: the name you or the agent chose, when it was connected and last used, and a one-way hash of its token. We never store the token itself.
- Widgets: the titles, text, numbers and links your agents send, so your widgets can show them.
- Questions: what your agents ask, and your answers, so the waiting agent can read them.
- Push tokens: Apple push tokens for your devices, so we can notify you and refresh your widgets.
Who can see it
Only you, and the agents you connect. Each agent can write its own widgets and questions and read their answers. It can't read your account details or anything else. Data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and pushes go through Apple Push Notification service.
What agents do with it
Agents you connect are separate services, like Claude, ChatGPT or your own scripts, with their own privacy policies. Livi only receives what they send to Livi.
Deleting your data
Disconnect any agent in the app at any time. Delete your account in Settings, Delete account. That permanently removes your account, widgets, questions, agents and push tokens.
Children
Livi isn't directed to children under 13.
